How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

* We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase on all orders placed.
Please follow these steps in order to set up a return:

1. Email to request a return. Be sure to provide your order # and the reason for the return in the email.
2. Await a reply for approval to send the product back. Do not send back any order without approval.
3. Returns can only be sent back if the product is in NEW condition and in its original packaging with all of the tags attached. Used products that are sent back will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer upon request at the customer's expense.

* Defective Products or Item Not Received as Described:
If any item on your Purchase Order you've received has any manufacturer defects, you may exchange or return the defective products within 30 days of receiving your order. We will process and re-ship your exchange and/or will process your refund once your returned item is processed in our warehouse which typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days. We will also issue you a return or exchange label directly to your email address the moment your exchange/return is processed that day. * Issuing Exchanges and Refunds:

Simply send us an email to or visit our Contact Us page and provide the order number and reason for your return and we will respond back to you within 24 Hours. 

Once we receive your email we will review your inquiry and issue you a return shipping label by email, simply print out the label and affix the shipping label to your return package. We may allow you to keep the product under certain circumstances and issue you a refund. As specified above we do not offer any returns or exchanges beyond the 30 day period from the date your order was placed.
